Noelle Luchino is a photography student at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is the photographer for the Cal Poly Wheelchair Foundation, and has been featured in the Tango for Three art exhibit in 2007 and 2008. In addition, she has interned for many photographers and is also a local San Luis Obispo portrait photographer.
